Meet my client Fontana's Italian
Have you eaten lately at Fontana's? Because I have, and I have got to say, we had a wonderful dining experience. The perfect place to take a date for a romantic evening, or have a professional business lunch while impressing your clients with your choice in venue.
The food is cooked to perfection offering a variety of dishes to include pizza, pasta, seafood, steak's and much, much more. I have got to say, you would think this place was the premier Pizza Restaurant in San Jose after going to town on their delicious Prosciutto pizza. Did you know that their pizza is made with 00 Caputo Flour and prepared in the traditional style of Naples? That's right, and since they cook them darker, I believe they are right, it does give their pizza an edge over their competitors.
Besides their pizza, they offer a variety of seafood dishes you are sure to love especially if you love seafood as much as us. From their Dungeness crab cakes, to their Caciucco e Linguine which is by far my favorite which includes Mussels, Clams, Shrimp, Fish, Fresh Tomato, Green Onion, Marinara, Chili Flakes and Basil, your taste buds are in for a long and wonderful ride.
