Pizza and more in San Jose

When is the last time you had a really good pizza?

Did you know?

It takes them 3 days to make their dough! No "throw it together and serve it now" from them.  By waiting it gives the yeast, sugar, and herbs a chance to meld and develop their unique flavor. The dough rises twice to ensure a crisp crust. They add their pizza sauce made with vine ripened San Joaquin Roma tomatoes, herbs and spices that are simmered to perfection. The pizza is cooked in brick ovens "the old world way" to give you the crunch from the first bite to the last morsel. You’ll love their pizza... GUARANTEED!

CHOOSE FROM ONE OF THEIR FAMOUS CRUSTS:
* Standard Crust * New York (Thin) * Sicilian (Thick) * 100% Whole Wheat

Pretty sweet if you ask me, and that is only the beginning.

Tony & Alba's enriched history:

Tony & Alba’s Pizza San Jose opened in June of 1982 in Mountain View. Then the Salciccia family took over an existing pizzeria. With only two picnic tables and a brick oven, they set out to define the art of pizza making. The store is family operated with 3 generations making the same commitment that Tony & Alba had with their first pizza from the first store over 26 years ago. They are located on the corner of Stevens Creek and Winchester Blvd. and the only pizza and pasta near Santana Row.

I am not going to get too much into their menu as you will have to see for yourself.  So get the family together, and treat yourselves to a world pizza establishment.

I've got to say, every single visit, we were treated just like family and that is definitely rare now a days in the Bay Are.

We hope you enjoy their pizza just as much as we do.
